Ella is a junior majoring in statistics and industrial and systems engineering. In addition to her role in UCC, Ella is a CSE student mentor and a member of SWE. Her professional experience includes internships with Aon and General Electric. She hopes to pursue a career in consulting or engineering. In her free time, Ella enjoys listening to podcasts, watching documentaries, hiking, and sailing.

 

 

Ely Harel - Director of Corporate Relations/ Vice President

A sophomore at the Carlson School of Management, Ely grew up in Minnetonka, Minnesota and graduated for Hopkins High School. Along with UCC, Ely is involved with University Mutual and the club lacrosse team on campus. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, playing sports, and being outside.

 

Jon Hidde - Chief Operations Officer

Jon is a third year student here at the U pursuing a B.S. in Math with a specialization in Actuarial Science. His hobbies include beer tasting, growing peppers, and snooker. Upon graduating, he intends to work in the field of risk management.

Erik Jansa-Chief Finance Officer

Erik is a sophomore student studying Finance at the Carlson School of Management. He became interested in consulting due to its collaborative environment, project-based work, and inherent problem-solving nature. His professional experience includes positions at Waterfront Financial Group, Julia Knight Inc., the Office of Tourism in Toledo, Spain, and co-founding a student-led investment club. In his free time, Erik enjoys playing basketball, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Daniel WAddell - Chief Marketing Officer

Daniel is a sophomore at the Carlson School of Management from Sioux Falls. He is majoring in MIS and minoring in Finance. Daniel always had an intense passion for technology. He finds the fields of data analytics and business intelligence fascinating and is doing everything in his power to involve them in his future career path. He is drawn to consulting because of the wide scope of the career. He believes consulting gives you the opportunity to tackle a wide array of problems for a multitude of companies. The chance to learn so much while also impacting so many people really drives Daniel to the field of consulting.

Timothy Lagoon - DIRECTOR OF CASE PREPARATION

Tim is a junior studying Finance and MIS through Carlson school of management. When he graduates he hopes to work in the field of ERP systems or M&A consulting. This summer, Tim will be interning with Archerpoint, a firm which implements ERP systems. In his free time, Tim enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. This includes ice fishing in the winter, camping and pickup basketball in the summer, and hunting in the fall. Tim also enjoys listening to audio books and sampling craft beers.
